How much does a commercial property inspection cost in Illinois?

What does a commercial inspection include?
Your Lucent commercial inspector and his specialists will examine twelve major systems. These include:
Structure
Electrical
Heating
Air-Conditioning
Ventilation
Plumbing
Roofing
Exterior (doors, windows, walls and cladding systems)
Site (walkways, driveways, parking areas, fencing and retaining walls)
Interior (concentrating on non-cosmetic considerations)
Findings are delivered in an inspection report that details any issues found by our inspector or the contracted specialists.
What’s included in a commercial property inspection report?
Your commercial property inspection report will include a detailed summary of your inspector’s findings. This entails an inventory of a property’s major systems and components, and an analysis of their condition. The goal of this report is to alert you of any issues that exist with your property and give you a better understanding of what a property’s strengths and weaknesses are. We also provide an opinion for a 5-year probable cost chart on each of the above mentioned systems.
How long does a commercial inspection take?
The amount of time it takes to conduct a commercial property or building inspection depends on the size of the building or property. Typically, an inspection can be completed in 4–8 hours. The report will come a week or so later, after we complete the document review process, compile findings, figure probable costs, etc.
